1. Most services require access to power socket and running water from the property the service is carried out at, as well as sufficient space for the works to be carried out safely.
1a. In some cases, a pre-service inspection of the vehicle may need to be carried out to asses the extent of work needed on the vehicle.
1b. A mandatory inspection is always carried out for any paint correction premium services.
1c. In case where any differences in condition of the vehicle from the first inspection day/quote to the booking date become visible, a re-quote may be needed to reflect the changes in the extent of work required.
PREMIUM SERVICES
2. A 50% deposit for premium services is required to secure the booking date.
2a. In case of cancellation, the deposits are non-refundable.
2b. In an unlikely case where for an unforeseen reason the detailer cannot make it on the day of the booking or it becomes clear in advance, that the detailer will not be able to attend the booking, a priority reschedule will be offered to the customer in the first place. If an alternative date isn't available or cannot be agreed, a refund of the deposit will be considered.
3. All service times are estimated and may change after the work on the vehicle begins. Any service duration changes will be discussed with the owner as soon as they become apparent.
4. All premium services include a on-the-day inspection of the vehicle in detail. The inspection is carried out after the thorough wash and decontamination of the vehicle.
4a. Any hidden cosmetic damage found during the inspection will be documented and presented to the customer before the actual work begins.
4b. Any premium services carried out may be recorded and documented for purposes of insurance and/or social media content. Number plates of the vehicles may be removed or covered for the duration of the works. Removed number plates will be stored in a customers designated place or a safe place chosen by the detailer depending on available space.
VALETING SERVICES
5. It is professional courtesy to offer at least 24 hours notice prior to cancellation.
5a. In case where Detailer arrives on the site of the booking and the customer hasn't got the vehicle available for the service or the customer and/or vehicle is not present for the services to be carried out, a 100% charge for the booked services may be incurred.
6. All detailing and valeting services are at the mercy of weather, even with services undertaken in a controlled environment. Despite every effort, vehicles may be returned to the customer wet or with minor fallout from the road.

Payment can be done in two forms:
1. Cash - payment is collected after the service has concluded. It is recommended to have proper amount prepared before hand, as the Detailer may not be carrying any change to give out. Please note, that deposits are accepted only by bank transfer.
2. In case the client choses a bank transfer, 50% deposit must be paid ahead of the date to secure the booking. Remaining balance can be paid on the day of the booking or at the moment of vehicle collection.
Account details will be provided upon the agreement of selected service type, total price and payment form.
